Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, please email us at wallowemb@hotmail.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed once the returned item is received.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee receipt of returned items.
